Tap the phone icon
The next to the number that is bothering you > Tap the i symbol and tap Block This Caller or tap the Contacts icon if you don’t want a friend to reach you

Write the name of the person you are going to block registered in your contacts and enter the contact list
When you tap Block This Caller on the contact record page of the person you are going to block, you will have blocked that person
Tap the Settings icon to view blocked contacts or unblock a contact
Phone icon
Blocked to see the contacts you have blocked
Edit You can change the people you blocked by tapping the button
Unblock anyone you want. Just tap the – sign at the beginning of the Chinese name and confirm
