I don’t even like to write such articles, but believe me, it’s so frustrating and I couldn’t stand it when I saw how people are trying to be played dumb.

I am telling the story from the very beginning.. I don’t know if there are some that have happened to you, but I would like to say that I am really angry.. My wish for a housewarming gift was a tea maker and a coffee maker. I went to the Media Markt store on the Istanbul Road in Ankara to make an exchange, thinking that I could change it when I saw the exchange card in the gift they brought, as I have just bought a kettle and there is not much space in the house, because there is not much space at home. I went. I couldn’t find many products that I could buy in the store I visited with my wife.. I just thought I’d buy a Philips home phone and a scale.. For this, I went to the customer service department and said that I would exchange the product there. Thankfully, the lady was interested and said your product is 199 TL and she said that you will get that much discount and gave me a piece of paper that says 199 TL. And I took the product back and left.

I went to the Optimum store and postponed it because there was no product there, saying I would look at another store next week.

Because it was written that there was a 14-day changeover period, I went to Kentpark Media Markt store a week later. I went. I went into the store and decided to buy a smaller LCD TV for the house instead of the phone, so I went to the TV section and looked at the TV.. I decided to buy a model from Samsung after liking it.. I went to the customer service section and stated that I would return the product and exchange it.. The gentleman in customer service told me that there would be a price drop of 189 TL. I took this product to the Media Markt store before, and when I said it was 199 TL and it was 199 TL, I told them that they would help.. I got angry when he tried to pass me off in a sloppy manner because the system gives him what he can’t do.. The subject bet can be 10 TL, at the back I am TV, cordless phone, socket etc.. Then I bought a product worth 1500 TL. Is 10 TL too much for me, but I was angry with the reason of being taken for an idiot and disrespectful attitude towards me. they called the store where it was bought. Coincidentally, it is also nonsense for him to say that the product that says 199 TL in the catalog has a special discount for the store and that it is 189 TL.. How can there be a change when the company is the same company, and how can there be a discount on something that has been paid?. But the problem is, what would have happened if there was a 50-100 TL discount, not a 10 TL discount. The gentleman at the customer service in Kent Park also offers stupid advice such as “bring the bill, we’ll get it” or “take it away” from the forum and make a change there, and it’s another problem that he tries to send it to people by snoring and puffing.. (NOTE: There is a product purchased at a branch, but it cannot be returned.. The store does not accept, customer service does not accept. Same day refund problem. The system in the chain of stores was really ridiculous.)

Then, 2 ladies called and said it was the price, and handed it over to customer service.. And he solved the problem by saying that 199 TL will be deducted.. But the gentleman from there said he will meet the ladies next time, and hugs them with a small threat. I will not shop from. I suggest you to know about this incident and think about it again.
