Expressing that besides the time and cost savings, the environmental approach is effective in the transition of European countries to electronic document management, Koch stated that the sector formed by electronic document management in these countries is estimated to grow by 50% in 2008..

Koch pointed out that self-management of e-Documents can cause both cost increase and incompatibilities in commercial relations with other companies, and stated that it would be the best approach to get service from service providers operating independently in this field..
