Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media, if the operating system boots from the Cd when you insert your Cd into another PC, but if you are sure that your CDrom is sound, you do not have it and it gives the first error, you do not need to worry, In this case, the only thing you need to do is to enter the Bios and put the CDRom in the first place in the boot order and disable all other boot alternatives (ie: Let’s force the CD to read).
