Reloading the Registry database
After installing programs, they often require a Windows restart so the changes can take effect. However, in most cases, there is a situation where only the Registry needs to be reinstalled. For this, the computer does not have to be reinstalled. Click the desktop with the right mouse button and click the NewShortcut icons. Now enter these command lines.
C:Windowssystem32Rundll32.exe Shell32,sheexitWindowsex
Click the Next button, name the shortcut and click Next again. Double-clicking the shortcut will reload the Registry database without the need for a cumbersome reboot
